We say it all the time – and it’s patently true – the 26,000 incredible women and men of the Western Australian Volunteer Bush Fire Service (VBFS) combine to not only form the largest emergency service in the State, but in many cases, are a lot more like a huge extended family dedicated to their service.

And here’s a case in point – Stoneville Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade members celebrating their wedding at the Brigade on the weekend, surrounded by their BFB family.

Thank you Stoneville VBFB for sharing more proof of the rewarding and diverse nature of our incredible Volunteer Bush Fire Service and congratulations to the new couple – may your love and support for each other (and the community) continue indefinitely.
