Members are advised that applications for the Government’s Emergency Services Volunteer Fuel Card scheme are now open and will close on Monday 15 July 2019.

All Brigades are encouraged to make use of this small “gift” in recognition of some of the out of pocket expenses incurred by our amazing volunteers when they do what they do to keep our community safe.
Application Process NOW OPEN
The online application form for the fuel card is now available through the DFES website. The application period commences today 18 June 2019 and closes on Monday 15 July 2019. We anticipate that the fuel cards will be sent out mid August 2019.
It is important to note that applications will only be accepted by the officers-in-charge of a BGU as they will be the designated card custodians.
