AVBFB President Dave Gossage was on hand yesterday to personally thank corporate supporter CSBP for their support of our amazing volunteer bush fire brigades over the years.
The photo below shows Shire of Dowerin President Cr Dale Metcalf and Chief Fire Control Officer Phil Pickering with Matthew Williams from CSBP who was very proud to be handing over much-needed funding to the Dowerin Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade, facilitated by the Association of Volunteer Bush Fire Brigades.
The AVBFB thanks CSBP for not only providing some funding for Brigades in their operational areas but also for its understanding and support of emergency service volunteers it employs. Without socially responsible corporations like CSBP, there would be large areas of WA that would simply not have an emergency service.
If you manage a business that understands the value of your local emergency service volunteers and would like to talk to us about how we can help you get the word out about your community work, get in touch with our communications consultant now on mobile: 0498 828 232 or email email@example.com

Besides mat below, the Shire president Dale Metcalf and Chief Fire Control Officer Phil Pickering were on hand to receive the funds which the association facilitated to be given to the Dowerin Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade. Another example of the great work the association is doing in bring communities together to support each other. We would like to acknowledge the great work CSBP is doing in supporting volunteer organisations in communities.
