The latest edition of "Bushfire", the newsletter of the Helensburgh Rural Fire Brigade, is now available. Hard copies are available at the station, and should have arrived in your letterbox with the AGM notice.

Highlights in this issue include:

• We are looking to go on a recruiting drive this year. If you know of anyone who might be interested in coming to an information session, or have any ideas for recruiting, please see Graham or Marc.
• The AGM will be held on 15 June, starting at 10am. Please see the calendar. If you are unsure of your eligibility to vote, please contact Marc.
• Maintenance days are every Saturday, starting from 12pm. Any time members have to spare would be greatly appreciated by the entire brigade.
• The major training session scheduled for 11 May has been moved to 25 May, to avoid clashing with Mothers' Day.
• District and Region training calendars are available at the station. If you are interested in doing any courses please see Marc or Graham to fill in the nomination forms.
